Refund policy
RETURNS
Items must be received back to The Western Rose no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Remember transit time is 5-10 days. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. Please remember that the shipping cost is nonrefundable.
If the order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, it will be refunded.
Returns sent in that do NOT meet the criteria below are subject to a 20% restocking fee OR subject to being shipped back to you.
Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
**Please note that shoe boxes are part of the product's presentation and must returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.** If we do not receive the box back in good condition with the shoes we cannot give you a full refund.
Items in the clearance section or items discounted 25% or more are nonrefundable.
*please remember that any discount codes must be applied at checkout. If you have already placed your order we CANNOT go back and add the code/discount
NO RETURNS ON ANY TYPE OF UNDERGARMENT OR HAT. This includes but is not limited to bodysuits, bralettes, caps, beanies, headbands, hats, swimwear etc. All sales are final.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.
The Exceptions: Items in the "Clearance" section, anything discounted 30% or more, as well as bodysuits, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories (includes but is not limited to hats and caps), holiday theme items, earrings and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are final and cannot be returned.
**Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted AND WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.**
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost, stolen or delivered damaged. We do offer Route Shipping insurance. We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping insurance as it is the only way your package will be covered in the event it is lost, stolen or damaged. Once a shipment leaves The Western Rose, it is out of our hands.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Facebook message or email customerservice@thewesternrose.com within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM BACK WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME STATED ABOVE.
PRE ORDERED/SPECIAL ORDER ITEM(S) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

Shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders over $200 are shipped for free!
If a shipping label has already been created we cannot express ship. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order if you need shipping upgraded
We do not ship on weekends and all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address that you the customer provided The Western Rose WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information provided by the customer. You, the customer are responsible for reshipping costs. The Western Rose WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If your package says delivered and has not shown up please contact your local post office.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The Western Rose Boutique is not aware of what your countries’ Tariffs/Duties and/or Customs are. You are responsible for all of these charges. We recommend researching what they will be prior to placing an order so you do not have any surprises. The Western Rose Boutique is a USA based company and is NOT liable for any additional charges occurred at the border NO EXCEPTIONS.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package leaves, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. The Western Rose will not be responsible. If you believe your package has been lost contact the USPS to submit a claim. All packages have GPS information. If an order shows delivered but you did not receive it you will need to contact your local post office. If an item shows delivered and you have not received it The Western Rose is NOT responsible. We recommend purchasing Route Shipping insurance at checkout as it is the ONLY way to cover your package in the event it is lost, damaged or stolen.

Please include your packing slip with your return and email the tracking number to customerservice@thewesternrose.com. Please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
